Essentially no, reeds in a diffuser need to be replaced for use with a new, different scent otherwise you will not get a pure smell of the new fragrance through the reeds.

Periodically flip the reeds in a diffuser over so that the dry end is the one touching the oil. Turning reeds around will provide more fragrance but will also speed up how quickly all of the oil evaporates; so remember not to turn them too frequently to prevent running out of scent too soon!
