In Season 4, we got a brand new Resurgence-style map, replacing Rebirth. It is a small island in the Mediterranean Sea with castles, wineries and towns. So far, there has been a large number of positive responses.Everyone seems to be enjoying the new map.One of the many things people love is the Easter eggs that can be found on the island.
So far, 4 Easter eggs have been found, and we can’t help but wonder if we’ve missed some. But only time will tell.First, let’s take a look at the 4 Easter eggs found so far.
All Easter eggs on Fortune’s Keep are very simple and easy to implement, and so is this one.As the name suggests, you have to try to find 2 wine bottles scattered around the map, or kill those who collect them and pick them up when they drop.A quick shout out to @ModernWarzone on Twitter who managed to get all the Easter eggs done and posted a short video of the Easter eggs on his Twitter account.Instead of navigating all the places for you, I’ll give you all his videos so you can see for yourself. With that said, here’s the first Easter egg video:
Players can find 2 wine bottles in the Fortress of Fortune, then place them on the bookcase in the fortress to open a secret room with golden loot, kill records and money!Bottles will spawn in the same location for each match.pic.twitter.com/GQ0vM01XEm
As you can see, once you collect 2 wine bottles and take them to the bookcase, a secret door opens where you can find a small room full of high-value loot.As far as loot goes, this is by far the best Easter egg and definitely worth checking out.Get into the game and try it out.
This is arguably the worst Easter egg ever and I really don’t know if it’s worth it.For this Easter egg, all you need is some cash and head to the winery. In the yard, you will find a fountain, all you have to do is throw your money into the fountain.Once you’ve dedicated your money to the war zone gods, the fountain will spit out some loot. The more money you put in, the better the loot.
A new Easter egg in Fortune Castle allows players to drop money into the fountain for rewards. The more money, the better the reward!pic.twitter.com/gFjUUtG35M
I’ve seen people throw a couple of grand things into the fountain and get rewarded with SVT and precision airstrikes, so I honestly don’t know if it’s worth it.Really a great campsite where you just pick the poor souls who are making Easter eggs and after you kill them you can collect their loot. Please, do not do that…
This Easter egg is very similar to the Easter egg with a wine bottle, but instead of a wine bottle, you guessed it, you’ll need to find a shovel. The shovel is in the graveyard and all you have to do is pick it up.After that, you have to find some sand scattered around the map.In the video you only see 2 sand spots, but we’re sure there are more.If you see a dubious looking sand, go see if you can interact with it.That’s all there is to this Easter egg.
In Fortune’s Keep’s Graveyard, players can find a shovel that allows them to unearth rare loot from various locations on the map.#Warzone pic.twitter.com/abDAdFx7zb
As you can see, this Easter egg is pretty simple too. From the looks of it, it looks like you can get a drone from the excavation site, which is clearly a worthy prize.Especially late in the game, if you happen to have a shovel, which you can also pick up by killing enemies, and being close to the dig site, it might be worth heading there and picking up a free drone. This Easter egg is definitely better than a fountain, but not as good as a wine bottle Easter egg.
This is definitely the coolest easter egg on Fortress of Fortune and I can’t believe someone found it so quickly. It’s a little trickier than other Easter eggs, as the candle light will vary from game to game.Speaking of candles, for this one you also have to go to the Graveyard POI and find 3 candles. As mentioned, these candles don’t spawn in the same spot every match, so be sure to be thorough. After that, all you have to do is head to a special tombstone and pay your respects.Once done, a zombie will spawn and you must kill it.
Light 3 candles around the Graveyard POI at Fortune’s Keep, then head to a special tombstone to “Press F to pay your respects.”A zombie will then spawn, drop self-resurrection for you and your team.Candles are changed every game.pic.twitter.com/mg1BFqPEvF
This Easter egg also seems worthwhile, as zombies drop “self-resurrection”.Unfortunately for the team as a whole, it didn’t drop enough, which is a shame. If you decide to make this Easter egg, the rest of your team might as well grab a shovel and head to the dig site.Kill two birds with one stone.
All you need for this Easter egg is a throwing knife.Yes, that’s it.This is a great Easter egg at the start of the game to guarantee a good starter gun.
All you have to do is go to town, enter a building and find the bar area in that building.Throw the knife on the dartboard and you’re done.
As you can see, once you’ve completed this one simple step, a door will open on your right containing a Legendary Weapon Blueprint. It’s a shame you didn’t get that blueprint, but it makes sense because this Easter egg is so easy. That’s all there is to this Easter egg.
These are all the Easter eggs that can be found on Fortune’s Keep, Warzone’s new map.I hope they will add some more complicated ones in the future, but for now, these look interesting and definitely worth doing. What do you think of the new map?If the new map doesn’t work for you, and you’re waiting for Warzone 2, you might as well read the following:
