A couple who spent several years transforming it into an eye-catching three-bed room that showcased the residential and interior design business is about to be sold.
The apartment is part of a 100-year-old sandstone villa in the leafy suburbs of Bishopbriggs, full of period features such as stained glass windows, ornate ceiling cornices, magnificent fireplaces and tiles, and modern and luxurious decorations, including French style Farro and Bauer Tourbillon wallpaper.
Claire and Alistair Johnston launched I Am Nomad in 2017. This is a unique concept that opens their well-designed home in Bishopbriggs to the household goods stupid Glasgow people every few months.
They sell eclectic and colorful vintage furniture, ceramics, candles and soft decorations from local Scottish manufacturers and shops-and have opened their own shop behind the success of Great Western Road.
After saying this to Instagram, they were “very sad to leave”, but its time was diversified: “I think I have what I want to do, everything that this beautiful property does within our budget, so we I plan to pass on this beauty. Others will enjoy it.”
